Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Fokus Social Ads | Remote

We are looking for a motivated person to support our team in online marketing!

You love working with Social Media and know your way around ads? Then you're exactly right with us. To support our team, we're looking for someone who can fill our Social Media channels with life – and above all, launch performant ads.

Tasks

• Planning, creation, and maintenance of Social Media Ads (Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Analysis and optimization of ongoing campaigns (Performance, target groups, budgets)
• Support in the Pflege and posting of organic posts on our channels
• Close coordination with our team on content, goals, and budget allocation

Qualification

• First experience in Schalten and Auswerten von Social Media Ads (e.g. from studies, agency, or projects)
• Understanding of target groups, conversion, and campaign structures
• Sense for good design and appealing texts
• Independent, structured work style and enthusiasm for digital topics
• Laptop/PC already available
