Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) - Fitness Equipment

We are looking for a dynamic marketing manager to strengthen our engaged team. Our mission is it to provide high-quality fitness and training equipment from brands like TRUE, SMITH, and Octane to our customers who will be enthusiastic about using them in fitness studios as well as in physiotherapy and other establishments. With your creativity and strategic thinking, you will significantly contribute to increasing brand awareness and developing innovative marketing campaigns.

We are looking for a performance marketing manager (m/w/d) on a full-time basis with 100% home office work starting immediately.

Tasks

• Development and implementation of performance marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales figures.
• Analysis and optimization of digital advertising measures on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Closely working with the creative team to create appealing and targeted advertising materials.
• Monitoring campaign performance and reporting important KPIs to management.
• Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify new trends and growth opportunities.

Qualification

• You should have at least 2-3 years of experience in the performance marketing field.
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads as well as Google Ads is a must.
• Experience with planning and implementing online marketing campaigns is required.
• Analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and derive action recommendations, are assumed.
• Teamwork and communication skills are important to successfully work together with other departments.
