Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

In the role of Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will calculate and manage our clients' advertising budgets. The goal is to achieve the best possible visibility with a given budget. In order to communicate the progress of the work to the client, regular evaluations are created. The positioning of products in desired advertising spaces also plays a major role here.🚀

Tasks

• Strategy Development: Development of SEA strategies in close cooperation with our account managers to optimally exploit and expand advertising potential on Amazon.
• Keyword Research & SEO Optimization: Conducting keyword research as well as on-page and off-page analyses for continuous improvement of campaign performance.
• Campaign Optimization: Maximizing campaign potential through ongoing optimization and monitoring of campaigns to achieve the best possible results.
• Data Analysis & Action Derivation: Analysis of campaign data using analysis tools and derivation of concrete measures to improve performance.
• Reporting: Creation and maintenance of reports for transparent documentation of campaign results and successes for the client.
• Amazon Seller Central: Use and management of Amazon Seller Central for monitoring and controlling campaigns.
• PPC Optimization: Adjustment and optimization of PPC prices based on previously defined strategies to maximize the efficiency and ROI of advertising measures.

Qualification

• Commercial Apprenticeship: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as an E-commerce Clerk or in a similar field.
• Independent Way of Working: You work independently and are able to manage tasks efficiently and autonomously.
• Quick Comprehension: You have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas and understand complex relationships.
• Teamwork and Communication Skills: You enjoy working in a team and are able to express yourself clearly and precisely in writing and orally.
• Analytical Thinking: A strong understanding of numbers and the ability to make data-driven decisions distinguish you.
• Structured Communication: Your written and oral communication is clear and well-organized.
• Technical Know-how: Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint are part of your repertoire to professionally create campaign analyses and presentations.
