Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling our entire digital lead generation in the DACH market. You will ensure that our marketing budget is consistently translated into qualified inbound leads.

From paid campaigns to landing pages, tracking, testing, and reporting: You possess the entire performance funnel end-to-end.

This role is not an administrative campaign role or a support function. Your impact is directly measurable and business-critical: lead volume, lead quality, efficiency, and transparency are fully in your responsibility.

Aufgaben

• You will be responsible for performance marketing at aleno in full and independently. You will build campaigns, set them up successfully, and optimize them continuously to achieve measurable results. Your tasks include:

• Ownership of all paid marketing channels:

• Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)

• LinkedIn Ads

• Google Ads (SEA)

• BUILDING of Always-On Lead-Generation Funnels

• Lead generation as the core mission with a focus on volume, quality, and cost efficiency

• Creation, testing, and optimization of Ad Creatives, Hooks, and Copy (e.g., with Canva and AI tools)

• Systematic A/B-Testing of Creatives, target groups, formats, and landing pages

• Full responsibility for budget allocation, pacing, and performance optimization

• Closely working with Website & SEO to optimize conversion rates (CRO) of landing pages

• BUILDING and maintaining a clean tracking & attribution setup (GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot)

• Creating clear dashboards and reports on CPL, CAC, ROI, and lead quality

• Etablishing a structured feedback loop with the Sales Team to evaluate and improve lead quality

• Dokumentation of learnings and derivation of concrete optimization measures

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience (ca. 5+ years) in online or performance marketing
• Numerical evidence of hands-on experience in lead generation through paid social and SEA
• Strong understanding of funnels, conversion logics, and performance KPIs
• Ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mindset: You build, test, and optimize campaigns yourself
• Safe handling with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot tracking
• Ability to create Ad Creatives with Canva and AI tools independently
• Structured, data-driven, and strong ownership-oriented work style
• Clear, fact-based communication
• Very good German language skills (C1+) and good English language skills
