As a digital Growth Partner, we support companies in driving growth measurably, efficiently and sustainably. In your role, you combine strategic thinking with operational excellence and work closely with our teams from Performance, Creative, Tech and Strategy together.

Aufgaben

Performance-Strategie & Wachstum

• You develop suitable growth and performance marketing strategies for our customers together with the project team.
• You translate business goals into concrete channel, campaign and budget strategies across relevant online marketing channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Native and Programmatic.
• You manage budgets cross-channel and goal-oriented and ensure that measures are efficient in achieving defined growth targets.
• You analyze performance data regularly, lead concrete optimization measures and adjust strategies regularly.
• You use modern AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude and other applications to shape analyses, research, campaign concepts, reports and operational processes more efficiently and effectively.

Kampagnensteuerung & Marketing Operations

• You are responsible for setting up, managing and continuously optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
• You establish reporting and controlling processes, monitor relevant KPIs and keep budgets, timings and results in mind.
• You translate customer goals into clear tasks for the Performance Team and provide structured briefings.
• You are a driving force for current performance marketing topics, new tools and AI-based working methods and share your knowledge actively within the team.
• Kunden, Stakeholder & Zusammenarbeit
• In customer terms and jour fixes, you present performance strategies, measures and results clearly and persuasively.
• You ensure that customers understand requirements, next steps and performance levers at all times.
• You recognize potential, bring in your own ideas and develop concrete measures together with the project team to achieve targets.
• You work closely with our Creative Team to develop data-based creative concepts, new test approaches and effective campaign ideas.

Qualifikation

• You have at least 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in the agency, e-commerce, B2C or B2B field.
• You are familiar with several online marketing channels, such as Paid Social, Paid Search, Native or Programmatic, and have expertise in at least one channel.
• You have experience with tracking, reporting and KPI-based campaign management.
• You make data-driven decisions and combine analytical thinking with practical implementation.
• You are curious about new technologies and have ideally already had experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or similar applications.
• You follow performance marketing trends actively and bring in new impulses proactively into the team.
• You manage your projects proactively and independently, but also quickly adapt to teams and appreciate collaboration and good teamwork.
• You work analytically, detail-oriented and structured.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
