Performance Marketing Manager - Meta & Google Ads (m/w/d)

We are a small company with several own brands in various industries and are now looking for an employee who is well-versed in Google Ads and Meta Ads to strengthen our own online shops in performance marketing. So far, we have developed everything internally. Extracts of our shops are Schietbüddel .eu, Herz-Rasen .shop, Game Attack .de, Nordseegut .de.

You will also take care of external customers in the e-commerce and service provider sector.

Tasks

• You are responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing Meta- and Google-Ads campaigns for our own brands and customers.
• You analyze target groups, develop campaign strategies, and set them up independently – from the first idea to reporting.
• You monitor the performance of your campaigns, identify optimization potential, and present results transparently and understandably.
• You bring in new ideas, trends, and impulses to continuously develop our performance marketing strategies.

Qualification

• You have several years of experience in performance marketing, particularly with Meta- and Google Ads.
• You have a deep understanding of target groups, funnels, and data-driven marketing.
• You work analytically, structured, and keep an overview even with multiple projects.
• You bring technical know-how – for example, in handling the Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and tracking tools.
