Zahnheld seeks an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with a clear focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), who plans, implements, and scales paid social strategies independently. You work closely with Creative, Product, and Data teams and contribute significantly to achieving revenue and growth targets driven by data.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung Paid Social: Conceptualization, Setup, Launch, and daily management of Meta campaigns (including targeting, bidding, budget allocation).
• Kampagnenoptimierung & Skalierung: Permanent optimization based on KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CVR etc.), A/B-testing, and scaling strategies at stable performance.
• Creative-Leadership: Development and briefing of high-performance creatives and ad formats; close collaboration with Content- and Design-teams to align assets with target audiences and funnel stages.
• Analyse & Reporting: Building KPI dashboards, regular deep dives, performance reports for stakeholders, and deriving concrete action recommendations.
• Tracking & Attribution: Ensuring clean conversion tracking (Pixel, Server-Side, Tagging), understanding attribution models, and customer journey analysis.
• Budget-Verantwortung: Effective management and allocation of media budgets to achieve ROAS targets.
• Contingency-Planning: Developing action plans for underperformance and rapid interventions to minimize risk.
• Cross-Functional Zusammenarbeit: Close coordination with Content-team.
• Trend- und Tool-Monitoring: Monitoring platform updates, social trends (including AI-supported tools) and introducing relevant best practices.

Qualifikation

MUST HAVE

• At least 2 years of proven experience in campaign management for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

Wünschenswerte / starke Qualifikationen

• Proven successes in steering and scaling Meta campaigns (large budgets / ROAS targets).
• Strong analytical background; secure application of Web Analytics, KPI definition, and reporting (e.g. GA4, Looker Studio etc.).
• Fundamental knowledge of Meta Business Manager / Ads Manager (including Advanced Targeting, CAPI/Server-Side Tracking).
• Experience with A/B-testing, conversion optimization, and funnel optimization.
• Excellent communication skills; secure handling of stakeholders at different levels.
• Hands-on mentality, high level of ownership, structured work, and rapid decision-making in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in E-Commerce / D2C is a clear plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI/attribution tools like Polar Analytics, TripleWhale.
• Experience with creative production (social video, UGC assets) and optimization for mobile-first formats.
• Affinity to AI tools in performance marketing and innovation enthusiasm when testing new formats.
