Our focus: helping companies win qualified employees through platforms like Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d), who will operationalize our recruitment campaigns and continuously optimize them together with our customers.

Aufgaben

Planning, creation, and optimization of Social Recruiting Kampagnen on Facebook & Instagram

Work in the Meta Ads Manager (campaign structure, targeting, budget control)

Analyzing KPIs like CPL, CTR, and Conversion Rates to improve performance

Development of Creative-Strategien

Creating reports

Ongoing testing (A/B tests, target groups, hooks, creatives)

Scaled up successful campaigns

Qualifikation

Your Profile

Experience in the field of Paid Social / Meta Ads / Performance Marketing *
Secure handling of the Meta Ads Manager

Understanding for conversion-optimized campaigns (ideally in recruiting)

Independent, structured work style

Fluent German in writing and speaking

Nice to have:

Experience with Social Recruiting or Lead Generation
