We are a growing e-Commerce online shop for personalized phone cases and continuously scale our advertising campaigns. For this, we are looking for a Performance Marketer / Media Buyer, who takes responsibility, manages campaigns not just, but really brings them forward.

We don't count bureaucracy, but performance.

Tasks

Self-controlled management and scaling of Meta, Tiktok, Google Ads campaigns

Analyzing and optimizing ROAS, CPA, CTR & Conversion Rates

Testing new Creatives, Hooks, target groups & offers

Developing and implementing scaling strategies

Clear Reports & data-based decisions

Qualification

• Practical experience in Performance Marketing / Media Buying (Meta, Tiktok Ads required)
• You think in numbers, Funnels and Creatives – not excuses
• Very good understanding of ads that convert
• Self-responsible, structured work style
• Desire to take responsibility and grow
