As a Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social / Meta Ads, you will take over the operational responsibility for our paid channels. You scale our campaigns efficiently and ensure that Winning Creatives precisely reach the right target audience.

Tasks

• Account Management: You manage and optimize our META Ad Accounts independently (Budget Management, Ads Set Up, Reporting).
• Scaling: You manage and scale 6-7 figure monthly budgets while maintaining our target KPIs (ROAS, CPA, MER).
• Creative Strategy: You develop briefings for Performance-Creatives based on data analysis and work closely with the Content Team.
• Channel Expansion (Optional): You support the setup and management of Google- and Pinterest-Ads in the future.

Qualification

• You have at least 3+ years of relevant professional experience in Media Buying and have already successfully managed 6-figure budgets per month.
• You are familiar with Meta Ads Manager and third-party tracking tools like Triple Whale.
• You are familiar with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• You work hypothesis-driven and make decisions based on hard data rather than gut feeling.
