Aufgaben

Your Mission:

As Performance Marketing Manager Marketplaces (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the performance of our ad campaigns on Amazon and other marketplaces. You will steer, analyze, and optimize your campaigns data-driven and ensure we grow profitably.

Your Tasks:

• You will manage and scale our Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
• You will optimize campaign structures (e.g. new customer acquisition, brand defense, retargeting, ASIN targeting)
• You will analyze search terms and targets, set negative keywords, and optimize bids, budgets, and placements
• You will manage campaigns data-driven based on ROAS, TACOS, and other performance KPIs
• You will analyze performance data (revenue, spend, CTR, CVR, paid vs. organic) and lead optimization measures
• You will plan and integrate deals, coupons, and promotions into our PPC strategy (e.g. bundles or quantity discounts)
• You will create regular reports and performance insights for the team
• You will work closely with our marketplace managers
• You will support performance marketing on other marketplaces like Shop Apotheke, eBay, etc.

Qualification

You bring:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in Amazon PPC management (agency or in-house)
• You are confident in setting up and optimizing campaign structures as well as keyword and ASIN strategies
• You have a strong analytical understanding and high numerical affinity
• You work performance-oriented and understand that profitability is more important than just revenue growth
• You work structured, independently, and solution-oriented
• You bring ownership, hands-on mentality, and team spirit
• You have a residence in Germany
