• New customer acquisition through Paid Ads (Meta)
• Employee recruitment through Paid Ads (Meta)
• Branding & omnipresence through organic social media marketing (Facebook & Instagram)

We specialize in a single industry to deliver excellent results to our customers.

We don't need long contract periods to keep our customers, but they stay because the results are good!

Aufgaben

Your tasks are:

• Creative Strategy:
  You write scripts and develop ideas for ad content and reels together with your managed customers.
• Performance-Marketing:
  You create and manage campaigns for our customers on Meta.
• Kundensupport:
  You are the main point of contact for active customers and answer their questions or resolve issues via the shared Slack channel.
• Status-Calls:
  You conduct regular Zoom calls with your customers to discuss any issues that arise during the campaign.
• Admin Tasks:
  You maintain our project management system (ClickUp) to ensure everyone always has a perfect overview of our customers and current tasks.

Qualifikation

You should bring:

More important than your skills are the fundamental characteristics and your willingness to achieve something!

• Fundamental knowledge of Meta Ads
• Good at dealing with customers and understanding their problems/wishes
• Analytical skills for data interpretation
