Google Ads and Meta Business Manager are part of your daily routine, not a learning curve? You no longer want to implement external guidelines, but rather decide how a campaign runs and performs?

We're looking for reinforcement. As Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in part-time (20-30 hours/week), you'll take on real responsibility, give operational momentum, and grow together with us and our customers.

Tasks

• You manage Google and Meta performance campaigns independently and optimize them continuously to ensure budget efficiency scales.
• You build campaign structures, test new creatives and target groups, and recognize optimization potential before someone asks about it.
• You set up tracking via the Google Tag Manager and ensure that the data basis is correct for making decisions.
• You keep relevant KPIs under control, prepare reports, and lead concrete next steps from them.
• You are the direct point of contact for our customers, conduct daily meetings, and discuss results and further proceedings.
• You align yourself with the team's overall strategy and subsequently implement it independently.

Qualification

• About one to two years of practical experience in performance marketing with Google Ads and Social Ads. The common tools and best practices are familiar to you.
• Solid tracking understanding: You know what the pixel is for, and read results securely from GA4.
• A true hands-on mentality. You don't wait for instructions, but recognize when a campaign needs to be adjusted.
• An analytical mind: Your decisions are based on data, not gut feeling.
• A structured work style and enthusiasm for taking responsibility for your own customer accounts.
