Performance Marketing Manager in Teilzeit (m/w/d) (Remote | 15-25 Std./Woche)

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in part-time (15-25 hours/week), who gives full throttle operationally and has fun growing with us and our customers.

Aufgaben

This is what we expect from you:

• Eigenständige Betreuung und Optimierung von Performance-Kampagnen (Google & Meta Ads) with the goal of scaling budgets efficiently.
• You develop campaign structures, test new creatives/audiences and identify proactive optimization potential.
• You keep KPIs in mind, create reports and lead clear action recommendations from them.
• You are a direct point of contact for our customers in Jour Fixes and discuss with them the current results and next steps.
• Collaboration in the team: You align yourself to the overarching strategy, but implement it operationally independently.

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• At least 1-2 years of practical experience in Performance Marketing (Google Ads & Social Ads) – you know the tools and best practices.
• Safe handling with tracking basics (you know what the pixel does and how to read results in GA4).
• Hands-on mentality: You don't wait for work instructions, but see yourself if a campaign needs to be optimized.
• Analytical thinking: You make decisions based on data, not gut feeling.
• A structured working method and fun taking responsibility for your own customer accounts.
