Performance Marketing Manager - Freelancer (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced developer who is passionate about finances and willing to start their career in a profitably growing FinTech startup! Our mission is: “Let your money work even more efficiently for you!”

We are FinMent - a rapidly growing, twice state-certified FinTech startup in Berlin. We democratize access to institutional investment knowledge and strategies, previously only available to institutional investors (Family Offices) with +200 million euros minimum capital.

You will be responsible for:

• Performance-Marketing Ownership: You will steer and optimize our performance-marketing funnel across various platforms and maximize conversion rates.
• Umsetzung von Paid-Kampagnen: You will set up our planned campaigns performance-oriented on Google, Meta, and YouTube.
• Monitoring und Optimierung: You will monitor and optimize along the entire customer journey - data-driven, creative, and effective to address our target groups efficiently.
• Analyse und Reporting: You will analyze relevant KPIs and report regularly and transparently about performance and ROI.
• Interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit: You will work closely with our experts to develop high-quality and targeted content and publish it.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung. You have at least 4 years of practical experience in marketing, preferably in the implementation of online marketing campaigns actively supported and involved.
• Leidenschaft. You are passionate about exactly this job! You have a strong self-motivation and passion for clean, agile process and project management.
