Our journey began at the end of 2021 in a shared flat, out of simple necessity, to find a special tea gift for Fabi's Mama. Today, we are a rapidly growing startup that disrupts the conservative tea market.

On Amazon, we belong to the top sellers and are currently building our product portfolio. Tasks

• Responsibility for the performance and further development of our marketplace business (Amazon, Etsy & Co.)
• Planning, steering, and optimizing performance marketing measures – particularly Amazon Ads
• Creation and optimization of keyword-optimized product texts
• Analysis of relevant KPIs and derivation and implementation of optimization measures
• Identification and exploration of new marketplaces for scaling our business

Qualification

• Completed studies in the field of economics, marketing, e-commerce, or a comparable analytical field
• Number affinity and structured & data-driven work with Excel are self-evident for you
• You combine analytical thinking with creativity and develop performance-strong product texts and offer the design team content-based input for sales-strong images
• First experiences with performance marketing (e.g. Meta, Google, Amazon) are a plus
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) in word and writing are required.
