Our journey began at the end of 2021 in a shared flat, out of simple necessity, to find a special tea gift for Fabi's mom. Today, we are a rapidly growing startup that is shaking up the conservative tea market.

We love tackling things, creatively designing and seeing direct results – without long decision-making processes or rigid procedures. Eigeninitiative and teamwork come first at our company. On Amazon, we belong to the top sellers and are currently building out our product portfolio. Tasks

• Responsibility for the performance and further development of our marketplace business (Amazon, Etsy & Co.)
• Planning, steering, and optimizing performance marketing measures – particularly Amazon Ads
• Creation and optimization of keyword-optimized product texts
• Analyzing relevant KPIs and deriving and implementing optimization measures
• Identifying and opening up new marketplaces for scaling our business

Qualification

• Degree in Economics, Marketing, E-Commerce or a comparable analytical field
• Numeracy and structured & data-driven working with Excel are self-evident for you
• You combine analytical thinking with creativity and develop performance-strong product texts and provide the design team with content input for sales-strong images
• First experiences with Performance Marketing (e.g. Meta, Google, Amazon) are a plus
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) in spoken and written form are required.
