Performance Marketing Manager (all genders)

We develop and produce premium pet food according to the BARF principle (Biologisch Artgerechte Rohfütterung) at BARFER'S.

In our own Berlin-based manufactory, over 280 products are created that we sell through our online shop as well as through eight branches in Berlin, Potsdam, and Hamburg, and selected B2B sales partners.

We revolutionize the pet food industry – our mission is to ensure that every dog and cat is fed artfully!

Aufgaben

• Operative control and implementation of our paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok – from the first impression to conversion
• Continuous campaign optimization based on performance data (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC etc.) – you optimize until the numbers are humming
• Building and maintaining our Affiliate Program
• Testing new channels like Display and Native Advertising – you have an appetite for trying out new things
• Analysis and reporting of campaign performance using our attribution tool getKlar
• Tight collaboration with the Head of Performance & Growth – from daily sparring to joint channel strategy

Qualifikation

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in D2C or E-commerce
• Practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Business Manager, TikTok a plus
• Analytical mindset: you read data like others read tracks – and derive concrete measures from it
• You are executionally strong – you rather act than plan
• Fluent German skills (C1 level), English is a plus
• Pleasure in shaping channels and leaving a genuine impact in a growing company
