Sr / Lead – Performance Marketing Location: Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We’re looking for a senior, revenue-first Performance Marketing leader to own, forecast, and scale marketing-led revenue across global markets. This role carries direct accountability for ARR contribution, CAC, payback, LTV, and channel profitability, requiring strong execution across paid, affiliate, and programmatic channels in a high-growth digital environment. Key Responsibilities Revenue Ownership: Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies to drive growth, optimize ROI, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, pipeline projections, and performance metrics. Channel Strategy: Design, implement, and continuously improve marketing-led revenue strategies across paid, affiliate, and programmatic channels, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI. Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and optimize channel performance using data-driven insights, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to scale. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
