Performance Marketing & Growth Manager | Auckland
Our client is a private credit and investment platform seeking a senior Performance Marketing & Growth Manager to drive lead generation, conversion, and brand authority.
You will own Google Ads campaigns, funnel optimisation, and investor-focused content that builds trust and converts qualified leads. This role blends paid acquisition with strategic content creation, working closely with Investment Managers, Marketing Manager, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimise paid campaigns and lead funnels to attract qualified investors
- Create content supporting campaigns, education, and credibility
- Maintain consistent messaging and brand authority across channels
- Track performance and provide data-driven insights to leadership
- Collaborate with investment and marketing teams on strategy
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in performance marketing and paid media
- Hands-on Google Ads expertise
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent written communication
- Experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive industries
