Your Mission

As a Performance Marketing Consultant (m/f/d), you will be responsible for strategically demanding paid search accounts and further developing clients and colleagues. Your goal: to manage high-performing campaigns and achieve sustainable growth through sound consulting.

Your Daily Business

• Conception, setup, and management of SEA campaigns (especially Google Ads)

• Data-driven analysis and optimization aligned with client goals

• Strategic consulting and identification of growth opportunities

• Central point of contact and building long-term client relationships

• Creation and presentation of regular reports with clear recommendations

• Monitoring new features/trends and continuous further training

• Subject matter sparring partner for colleagues and knowledge sharing within the team

What Makes You Stand Out

• 2-4+ years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience is a plus)

• University degree or comparable qualification

• Good knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, Merchant Center & relevant tools

• Analytical, structured way of working and high quality standards

• Confident client communication, initiative, and team spirit

• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, for successful communication with colleagues and clients

• Nice to have: Experience in e-commerce as well as conversion optimization / usability
