Performance Marketing Analyst

Job Title: Performance Marketing Analyst Location: Remote - Eastern Europe USD Rate: Open to negotiation based on experience As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will own the performance marketing measurement across Amazon and DTC/Social. You’ll translate messy cross-channel data into crisp insights, improve incrementality and efficiency, and partner with Growth, E-commerce, and Finance to set budgets, forecast outcomes, and guide creative/testing strategy. Key Responsibilities Cross-channel data analysis and reporting; Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for stakeholders; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement; Analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights; Identifying trends and areas for optimization; Developing and implementing process improvements; Providing recommendations on budget allocation and resource utilization; Partnering with Finance to forecast outcomes and guide creative/testing strategy. Requirements Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets; Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet software; Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js; Familiarity with SQL and database management systems; Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team; Strong communication and presentation skills; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
