Performance Marketing Analyst

Job Title: Performance Marketing Analyst Location: Remote - Latin America Salary: $1,440 - $1,920 per month | $9 - $12 per hour (open to negotiation based on experience) As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will own the performance marketing measurement across Amazon and DTC/Social. You’ll translate messy cross-channel data into crisp insights, improve incrementality and efficiency, and partner with Growth, E-commerce, and Finance to set budgets, forecast outcomes, and guide creative/testing strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize marketing spend. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
