Performance Marketing Account Manager

Job Title: Performance Marketing Account Manager We’re looking for a talented and hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to lead client relationships and manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns. You’ll take ownership of strategy, execution, reporting, and optimisation—delivering measurable results across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and more. This is an in-office role based in Surry Hills, 4 days per week. Responsibilities Manage 10–15 client accounts as the primary point of contact for all campaign-related matters. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business outcomes, leveraging data-driven insights and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and optimal performance. Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. Foster strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, issue resolution, and strategic guidance. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve campaign performance. Requirements 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or a related field. Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
