We are looking for a full-time Performance Marketer:in in the area of Meta Ads in Cologne and surroundings.

Aufgaben

• You take responsibility for the performance of your customers and launch ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram - specifically tailored to the business model of the customer.
• You optimize based on individual metrics of your customers.
• You develop hypotheses and test processes for improving ad creatives and share the results with customers and content teams.
• You serve as a point of contact for the brands you are responsible for.
• You take care of campaign evaluation, reporting creation, and optimization potential on/off-platform advertising.
• You scale your AdAccounts to high 4-5 digit daily budgets
• You cleverly use artificial intelligence to break down complex tasks and find solution approaches.

Qualifikation

• You have a track record in connection with paid social campaigns.
• You manage your customers with an open, communicative & friendly approach.
• Your work processes are based on an analytical approach paired with good technical understanding and numerical affinity.
