Aufgaben

• You communicate directly with your clients and are responsible for the account.
• You develop Creative Strategies for your clients' ads on Meta and TikTok and monitor their success.
• You analyze the Meta and TikTok Ad Accounts, create reportings, and work out data-based next steps.
• In regular meetings, you align with your clients and work out the further strategy.
• Together with the team, you are responsible for Copy- and Communication Strategies and develop them continuously.
• You steer the conception and planning of Creative Tests.
• You are in charge of Art Direction for all Creatives produced for your clients.

Qualifikation

• You have 3-5 years of experience with Paid Social Ads on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
• Your communication towards clients is open, clear, and excellent.
• You master the functions of the Meta Business Manager in your sleep.
• You know what it takes to scale Ecom Ad Accounts and which Creative Strategy will bring the next lever.
• You work analytically and strategically deep into target groups and know how to excite them for a product.
• You have already gained experience in leading small teams (min. 2-3 people).
• You work very structured, create a clear testing strategy, and define the next steps.
• You have an intrinsic motivation for growth and are proactive.
• You master German & English very well.
