Performance Marketer (Meta)

Performance Marketer (Meta) We’re looking for a performance-driven marketer to scale Huzzle to 10M ARR. You’ll work side-by-side with our Growth Lead and Designer, test new verticals fast, and scale our Meta Ads accounts to the next level. What you’ll do Own and scale Meta Ads as our primary growth channel Rapidly test creatives, audiences, and verticals — double down on what works Manage and scale accounts to multi-XXk monthly spend while hitting CAC/ROAS targets Collaborate with Growth Lead and Designer to develop and execute campaigns that drive growth and revenue Optimize and refine campaigns based on data-driven insights and performance metrics Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and their needs to inform marketing strategies and tactics Drive growth and revenue through data-driven decision making and continuous experimentation What we’re looking for 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with a focus on Meta Ads Strong understanding of Meta Ads platform, including targeting options, ad formats, and bidding strategies Experience with ad creative development, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Experience with project management tools and processes, such as Asana or Trello Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams What we offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a fast-growing company and contribute to its success Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a talented team of professionals Professional development opportunities, including training and mentorship from experienced marketers
