Performance Marketer (Meta)

Performance Marketer (Meta) We’re looking for a performance-driven marketer to scale Huzzle to 10M ARR. You’ll work side-by-side with our Growth Lead and Designer, test new verticals fast, and scale our Meta Ads accounts to the next level. What you’ll do Own and scale Meta Ads as our primary growth channel Rapidly test creatives, audiences, and verticals — double down on what works Manage and scale accounts to multi-XXk monthly spend while hitting CAC/ROAS targets Collaborate with Growth Lead and Designer to create high-performing ads Lead creative ideation and testing, including copy and landing pages Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to drive acquisition and conversion, including remarketing, lookalike audiences, and campaign optimizations Proactively research new strategies and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve. What you should bring 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Meta Ads Proven track record of scaling Meta Ads accounts, achieving significant ROI and revenue growth Deep understanding of the Meta Ads platform, including campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and optimization Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Experience with A/B testing and a passion for optimizing campaigns to improve performance Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Nice to have Experience with other performance marketing channels, such as Google Ads and TikTok Ads Experience in a fast-paced startup environment Experience working with SaaS products.
