What are the main activities?

• Design and implement full-funnel digital performance strategies.
• Supervise the daily execution of campaigns and their correct configuration on platforms.
• Monitor results, analyze performance, and define plans for continuous optimization.
• Coordinate teams of specialists, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality.
• Manage client relationships, presenting results and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Data and Analytics on the improvement of attribution models and reporting.
• Evaluate new technologies, partners, and media innovation opportunities.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta, DV360, and programmatic platforms.
• Experience in optimization based on conversion KPIs and ROI.

What are we looking for?

• Education: Full Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Languages: Advanced English
• Experience: 5+ years in digital performance within an agency.
