Tasks

• You steer, structure, and scale Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
• You work data-driven (CLV, CAC, Repeat Purchase Cart)
• You question, prioritize, and make decisions independently
• You develop hypotheses and test them systematically
• You work closely with management & E-Commerce together
• You take responsibility – not just tasks

Qualification

• Multiple years of hands-on experience with Google Ads
• Very good understanding of Shopping & Performance Max
• Experience in E-Commerce (B2B advantageous, but not a must)
• Strong numerical understanding (ROAS alone is not enough)
• Able to derive clear decisions from data
• Independent working style – you don't need daily guidance
