Performance Creative Strategist - Social & Paid (m/f/d)

As a Performance Creative Strategist at Zasta, you will develop ideas, hooks, and campaigns that turn a complex financial topic into relevant and entertaining advertising – while simultaneously performing measurably.

Your focus will be on Paid Social, especially Meta and TikTok. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to transfer successful social-first approaches to TV and rethink the channel together with us.

You will have a lot of conceptual freedom: You will develop new creative angles, question existing approaches, and discover through data, target audience insights, and testing which messages truly work.

• Truly understand target audiences: You will analyze target audiences, their needs, and their media consumption. You know how messages need to differ depending on the channel and funnel stage – and you will start exactly there.
• Be the bridge between Data & Creativity: You will work closely with performance marketing, data & creative agencies to derive and optimize creatives based on KPIs and translate this into new creative approaches.
• Rethink TV: You are eager to see TV not as a dusty channel, but as a playing field for strong, modern brand communication that delivers clear performance. You will bring fresh ideas and consistently think TV from a social logic perspective.
• Drive Testing & Learnings: You think in iterations, develop testing frameworks for creatives, and ensure that learnings are systematically fed back into new concepts.

• You have sound experience in Creative Strategy, Creative Conception, Art Direction, or Campaign Development. Ideally, you have previously worked in a digital performance environment.
• You have a deep understanding of Paid Social (e.g., Meta, TikTok) and have an interest or initial experience in the TV sector.
• You demonstrate a strong understanding of lead-oriented performance campaigns and a feel for target audience psychology – you can translate insights, data, and business goals into clear creative strategies.
• You are curious, try things out, and enjoy questioning conventions. You don't just think in slides, but also in concrete implementations and proactively bring ideas to life.
• For internal and external communication, you speak German at C1 level and are proficient in using common English marketing and strategy terms.
• German language skills at at least C1 level

• With offices in Rostock and Berlin, you can get a breath of fresh sea air or be swept away by the big city jungle. Regular visits and team events foster a sense of community.
• Depending on the location, we meet at the office two days a week – Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Rostock, and Wednesdays and Thursdays in Berlin. The remaining days, you can choose where you work from. If you can't make it to the office on the in-person days, there are joker days that you can use flexibly.
• A change of scenery included – at Zasta, you have 30 days of vacation per year and the possibility to work for up to 4 weeks consecutively within Europe.
