• Creative-first Mindset: You develop the Creative Strategy, design performant Ad-Creatives, and convincing concepts – with a focus on Paid Social for Practices and Clinics in the aesthetic Medicine sector.
• Concept & Iteration: You build Statics, Carousels & Reels, map Hooks to the Awareness Stages, and lead out CTR, CPM & Winner-/Loser-Logic to the next iteration.
• KI-based Production: You work AI-natively and pragmatically – with tools like Nano Banana, Higgsfield or Firefly you increase Output Speed without compromising Brand Quality.
• On-Brand uncompromisingly: You ensure that every Creative – even KI-generated – corresponds to the brand identity of our clients and builds trust.
• Trends & Platform Understanding: You recognize formats and visual patterns before they become mainstream, and set them strategically for scalable performance.

Qualification

• You bring min. 3 years of experience with Performance-/Paid-Social-Creatives, ideally in the Beauty-, Aesthetic- or Health-Umfeld.
• Your portfolio shows real performance results – no just beautiful projects, but demonstrably converting Creatives.
• You understand Meta-Funnel Logic: Hooks, UGC, Social Proof, Offers and Landing-Page-Fit.
• You work AI-natively and data-driven – numbers you don't just read, you directly translate them into Creative Decisions.
• You work independently, reliably, and termintreue – even when it's fast-paced.
