Performance Ads Manager (m/w/d) - Part-time (ca 20 h/Week)

To continue growing internationally and winning new target groups, we are looking for a part-time Performance Ads Manager (m/w/d) starting immediately. You have the active management, scaling, and creative development of our Paid Social & Paid Search activities firmly in hand – and get space to explore new channels and markets.

Tasks

• You manage and optimize our international Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns (e.g. Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify, TikTok) – including setup, monitoring, and ongoing performance improvement.
• You develop scalable strategies for new markets and countries and accompany us in joint international expansion projects.
• You analyze market potential, identify trends, and explore innovative channels for our target groups.
• You work on establishing and testing new advertising platforms and are open to collaborations with publishers & influencers.
• You align yourself closely with internal teams (Content, Design, CS, Sales, Product) as well as external partners, agencies or freelancers to achieve our performance goals.
• You measure, report, and present regular key performance indicators and lead recommendations for the team.

Qualification

• You have a completed degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Economics, or comparable experience in Performance Marketing.
• You have at least 3 years of practical experience with Paid Social (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify, TikTok) and Paid Search campaigns (e.g. Google) – ideally internationally.
• You are analytically strong, think strategically, and have experience with campaign setup, A/B tests, and performance optimization.
• You find challenging markets exciting and enjoy testing new channels and scaling international campaigns.
• You are communication-strong and work well in a team – both internally and externally with partners.
• You possess very good German and English skills – additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in the SaaS/B2B field is an advantage, but not a must.
