People Technology & Analytics Specialist

Clicktech is a prominent seller on the Amazon India marketplace and is currently operating in the category of wireless, wireless accessories, consumer electronics, personal computing, home improvement, BISS - Business Industrial & Scientific Instruments, and other related categories. Job Summary: We are looking for a People Technology & Analytics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data and providing insights that drive business decisions, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities: * Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can inform business decisions. * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Identify opportunities to improve processes and operations through data-driven insights. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and technology. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets. * Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. * Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
