Join our team as People Services Partner (all genders) and actively shape our People & Culture processes while accompanying employees in a competent and service-oriented manner.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing salary calculations, driving efficiency, promoting employee well-being, and ensuring that our People & Culture practices comply with legal standards and the goals of our company. With your expertise and proactive approach, you will make a direct contribution to a positive corporate culture.

You will contribute

  • Coordination of preparatory salary calculations for transmission to our accounting firm at our locations in Germany, Austria, and possibly further.
  • Expert advice on labor law questions to ensure that all People & Culture practices comply with current legal standards and regulations.
  • Shaping, implementation, and improvement of People & Culture processes and workflows to increase operational efficiency and align with company goals.
  • Administrative tasks, including the maintenance of employee data, contract management monitoring, and ensuring precise documentation.
  • Trustworthy point of contact for employees, HR-related inquiries handled, counseling on professional development and solution of current challenges.
  • Management of benefits, as well as development and implementation of health programs to promote employee well-being.

The qualifications you need

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or comparable qualification.
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in HR roles with proven expertise in the above-mentioned areas, particularly preparatory salary calculations, labor law knowledge, and compliance.
  • Safe handling of HR systems & tools (e.g. Personio, Excel).
  • Able to shape and optimize HR processes and workflows.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to advise employees competently and work together with internal or external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • The willingness to spend at least 2 days on site at our Munich office.
