What You'll Do As a People Scientist (Psychometrician), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our psychometric models, ensuring they are accurate, reliable, and fair. This includes designing and implementing new assessments, analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-powered talent assessment into our platform. You'll also contribute to the development of our AI-driven skills framework, which will enable organizations to measure and develop their employees' skills at scale. What We're Looking For We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented People Scientist (Psychometrician) with a strong background in psychometrics, statistics, or a related field. You should have experience working with large datasets, designing and implementing assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A master's degree in Psychometrics, Statistics, or a related field is required.
