Aufgaben

• Responsibility for the entire recruiting process from first contact to successful onboarding
• Development of modern recruiting strategies including active sourcing
• Conducting and accompanying interviews together with our executives
• Further development of a modern candidate experience
• Care for employees and executives in HR matters
• Co-shaping our company culture and leadership culture
• Further development of modern and future-oriented HR structures
• Close cooperation with external recruiting and employer branding partners
• Tight collaboration with management and executives

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience, for example as recruiter, talent acquisition manager, HR manager, HR business partner, personnel officer or people manager
• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in economics psychology, business administration, human resources management, communication or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience
• Passion for modern recruiting and the acquisition of suitable talents for a dynamic company
• Sense for people, company culture and professional communication on eye level
• Eigeninitiative, implementation strength and enthusiasm to really bring things forward
• Openness to modern HR tools, digital processes and future-oriented personnel work
