People Partner

We are looking for a People Partner to collaborate with the HR Lead in managing HR processes. Our vendor team is developing a product for one of the top 5 tech companies.

• Communicating with internal managers
• Conducting one-on-one meetings with team members
• Arranging internal team-building activities and events
• Monitoring team dynamics, providing guidance, and assisting in resolving issues
• Conducting surveys and questionnaires

• Full-time, office-based position
• 2 days of remote work per month

• C1 level of English
• 1+ year of experience in HR within the IT sector
• Understanding of general HR processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Polish is an advantage
