Our client is seeking a People Operations Workday Specialist to join our growing Global Shared Services team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who balances technical Workday expertise with a passion for a seamless employee experience. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our operations, ensuring that as our client grows, our processes remain lean, accurate, and agile. Role Responsibilities: Global Data Stewardship: Drive the end-to-end execution of global Workday data transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data discrepancies, leveraging your technical expertise in Workday configuration and data management. Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize existing processes, streamlining workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring transparency and consistency across the organization. Data Visualization: Design and implement data visualizations that provide actionable insights for business stakeholders, using tools like Tableau or Power BI. Workday Configuration: Configure and customize Workday modules to meet specific business needs, leveraging your knowledge of Workday architecture and best practices. Employee Experience: Focus on delivering exceptional employee experiences through intuitive reporting, real-time analytics, and proactive issue resolution. You will be the go-to expert for all things Workday, providing training and support to end-users, as well as collaborating with other teams to drive process improvements. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with Workday expertise; Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively; Experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
