Your new role
- First point of contact as People Representative and Advisor for our employees in Germany
- Responsibility for the operational implementation of all personnel processes along the Employee Life Cycle (e.g. employment contracts, certification procedures, performance reports) under compliance with internal guidelines, statutory regulations, and data protection requirements.
- Maintenance and updating of personnel master data as well as assistance in managing digital personnel records
- Taking over tasks in the monthly salary and wage calculation, including collecting, checking, and preparing relevant data for accounting purposes, as well as cooperation with external partners (e.g. social security authorities, government agencies)
- Preparation of reports, evaluations, and HR key figures to support decision-making
- Support in initiatives to promote company culture and employee satisfaction as well as HR projects (e.g. digitalization, process optimization, automation)
What you bring with you
- A completed vocational training or degree in the field of personnel management, business administration, psychology, or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in HR/People Operations, ideally in a generalist role and/or an international environment
- Fundamental knowledge of labor and social security law as well as understanding of accounting-relevant processes and data
- Experience working with HR systems/HRIS (ideally Personio), secure handling of MS Office, and affinity for digital tools
- A strong service- and team-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills in dealing with employees and management, combined with high reliability, sense of responsibility, and sensitive handling of confidential information.
- A structured, meticulous, and self-reliant working style with a hands-on mentality, even when faced with high volumes and recurring processes, supplemented by analytical thinking and an eye for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
- Bilingual German-English skills in spoken and written form.
