People & Operations Lead (m/w/d)

We are cumpa – a young coffee company with a focus on quality, coffee diversity and transparent relationships along the entire supply chain. We work as a small, tightly coordinated team with high self-responsibility and scope for design.

To further develop our working methods, structures and collaboration, we are looking for someone who connects people topics, process thinking, organizational development and digital innovation.

Aufgaben

You will take on a versatile hybrid function in four core areas: People support. Process improvement. Organization strengthening. Digitalization driving forward.

The role is deliberately broad and combines strategic thinking with operational implementation. We are not looking for someone who fits perfectly, but rather someone who works structured, wants to take responsibility and enjoys developing cumpa organizationally. You will work closely and on an equal footing with all team members and support us in terms of further growth.
