People Operations Intern

With offices in LA, London, We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented People Operations Intern to join our team! As an integral part of the People Operations department, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our global workforce. Responsibilities: • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, • Coordinate and facilitate company-wide events and initiatives, • Provide administrative support to the People Operations team, • Maintain accurate records and databases, • Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, • 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, • Excellent communication and organizational skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
