As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of our global team. This includes but is not limited to: • Providing exceptional customer service to our global team members, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns. • Coordinating and organizing team-building activities, social events, and celebrations to foster a sense of community and belonging among our team members. • Developing and implementing employee engagement and retention strategies to drive team performance and overall business success. • Collaborating with the HR team to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and other development initiatives that support the growth and development of our team members. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, performance, and training. • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including but not limited to: scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and performing other tasks as needed. • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. • Performing other duties as assigned by the HR team or other management personnel. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
