We are developing a secure AI work environment for professional teams and growing strongly in the next few months. For this, we are looking for a personality who takes responsibility, drives things forward, and builds our People- and Office processes professionally.

As People & Office Manager:in, you will be the central point of contact for employees and ensure that Recruiting, People Operations, and our Hamburg office grow with the company.

You will take over, among other things:

• the entire Employee Lifecycle – from recruiting to offboarding
• the management of our recruitment processes and an excellent candidate experience
• HR administration in Personio, as well as payroll coordination with our accountant
• Onboarding, benefits, and employee care
• Organization of our Hamburg office – designing the office as a place where teams like to work and are productive
• coordination of service providers, orders, and team events
• building efficient and scalable HR- and Office processes

Qualification

• Experience in HR and recruitment
• Organizational talent and structured working style
• Hands-on mentality and high personal responsibility
• Discretion, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Very good German and English language skills
• Ideal experience with Personio or Join, as well as in a startup or scale-up
