As our People Manager on site, you'll be the central point of contact for everything that moves our team members in Ettlingen.

• Recruitment & Onboarding: You find the right talents for our production and logistics. From the first screening to interviews and organizing trial days, you accompany the entire process and help us make the right hiring decisions.
• The perfect start: You shape and optimize our onboarding process, so that every new team member feels welcome at Juit from day one.
• HR Management: You manage the entire employee life cycle. This means: administration, cultural work, and operational HR processes are in your hands.
• Employee satisfaction: You have an open ear for the team and develop programs that strengthen our bond and company climate sustainably.

Your Strengths

We're looking for someone with a hands-on mentality, who knows how a producing environment or a dynamic startup ticks, and who prioritizes employee satisfaction.

• You already have extensive experience in personnel management or were in a leading operational role.
• Recruiting is not a foreign word to you, but rather a passion.
• You work analytically and precisely, without losing sight of the team spirit.
• You possess knowledge of German labor and social law
• You're curious about new things
• Your German language skills are fluent, and you can also communicate well in English.
