Tasks

Your job with us

💼 HR Administration & People Care

• You are the central point of contact for our employees in all HR matters
• You create employment contracts, documents, and maintain personnel files
• You ensure a clean, structured, and legally compliant personnel administration
• You support our employees in using our internal HR systems

🔁 Employee Lifecycle – from A to Z

• Comprehensive care from onboarding to offboarding
• Trustworthy accompaniment of our employees in their daily work
• Tight coordination with our dispatchers

🚀 HR Development & Projects

• Independent projects for optimizing and developing our HR processes
• Support in recruiting and other HR topics as needed

Qualification

You bring with you

• Studies in the field of personnel, business administration, psychology or equivalent qualification
• First experience in administrative HR (everything else we'll teach you)
• Interest in HR and ideally some initial contact with labor law
• Knowledge of emergency medical services is cool, but not a must
• Fluent German language skills at native speaker level
• Desire for a start-up that grows – and takes responsibilityYou are hands-on, open, and communicative
