People Manager (m/w/d)

HYROX - The World Series of Fitness Racing is a global sports event series, founded in Germany in 2017 and combining running and functional fitness training in a unique competition format. Since then, it has become a worldwide fitness movement with events on five continents, where tens of thousands of athletes participate each season.

We are looking for strong support for our growing People Team at the Hamburg location to start as soon as possible for a full-time or part-time position (min. 30 hours).

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• 360° Employee Lifecycle: You will be the trusted point of contact for a dedicated team of employees, including the gym and restaurant teams at the House of HYROX, and accompany them from seamless onboarding to ongoing support until professional offboarding.
• HR-Admin & Master You will master the entire keyboard of operational personnel work: you will keep our personal master data clean, be fit in preparing payroll accounting, as well as creating contract documents, certificates and attestations.
• Process Pioneer: As we are growing strongly, you will optimize and develop our People processes continuously to make them scalable.
• System Specialist: You will drive the digitalization of our HR landscape forward and support us in introducing, configuring, and optimally using modern HR tools.

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in operational personnel work (HR Generalist / Personnel Officer). You know exactly what's important and are eager to shape our strong growth with your expertise.
• You are familiar with the dynamics, flexible working time models, and tax-related special features of the gastronomy industry from personal experience – ideal for perfecting our restaurant team.
• You are digitally savvy and have at least fundamental user knowledge of modern HR systems like Personio or Deel.
• You are saddle-firm in German labor law as well as social insurance and tax-related topics (e.g. bonuses, short-term employment, etc.).
• You love the dynamic environment of a strongly growing company, think in solutions, and keep your cool even at high speed.
• You speak English fluently and are ideally versed in using MAC OS and Google Workspace.
• In the context of our Office First Policy, you will come to the office regularly, especially to be available as a direct point of contact for the gym and restaurant team. Although the work primarily takes place on site, we value the compatibility of private and working life and offer you the necessary flexibility.
