People Experience and Wellbeing Associate

Job description

We’re looking for a People Wellbeing and Experience Associate to join our HR team. This dynamic role is the face and energy of the People team, responsible for elevating the employee experience and driving engagement across the business. You will champion the company culture, leading the design and execution of internal events and launches. Furthermore, you will ensure the seamless and compliant delivery of key People operations, including UK and US payroll management, HR reporting, administrative duties, and supporting the team’s overall strategy. You will collaborate with the People team and other departments, including office management, and have a direct impact on the day-to-day lives of our employees. **What you’ll do:** * Manage and coordinate internal events and team-building activities, ensuring high levels of employee participation and engagement. * Coordinate and oversee all aspects of UK and US payroll, including processing payroll, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. * Generate HR reports and analyze data to identify trends, provide insights, and make recommendations for improving the employee experience. * Manage HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding and offboarding, updating employee records, and handling employee inquiries. * Support the People team’s overall strategy by assisting with various projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition. * Collaborate with other departments, such as office management, to ensure a positive and productive work environment. * Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience. **What we’re looking for:** * Experience in HR operations and administration, including payroll management and HR reporting. * Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels. * Attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements. * Experience with UK and US payroll processing. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Nice to have:** * Experience with HRIS systems. * Experience with event planning and coordination. * A passion for employee wellbeing and experience. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision) * Paid time off * Professional development opportunities * Company-sponsored social events * A collaborative and supportive work environment
