People & Digital Managing Director (m/f/d)

JSP is quoted on the Tokyo stock exchange and is a worldwide leader and specialist in EPP manufacturing and plastic transformation (injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding) delivering solutions for many sectors including Automotive, HVAC, transportation, sporting goods and more. As part of our transformation and future-focused evolution, we are recruiting a People and Digital Managing Director to lead our People strategy and strengthen, modernise, the People Power function for the EMEA region. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with JSP's overall business objectives, as well as driving digital transformation across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and digital transformation, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic plans.
