We are looking for warm-hearted people who will support us as

People & Culture Supervisor / Personalsachbearbeiter (w/m/d) - in part-time with up to 30 weekly hours and fixed-term for 2 years

support.

Our People and Culture (HR) colleagues form the personnel department in the branch office and are characterized by their active approach to our management and sales team on site. Therefore, they make a significant contribution to the success of our PRIMARK store.

Tasks

• You answer questions from our employees about HR topics
• You are open to suggestions and exchange with our colleagues and recognize action requirements
• You ensure a positive employee perception
• You process personnel administrative matters, such as contract and certification affairs
• You check the data of the time management system
• You maintain employee master data
• You take over pre- and post-processing payroll activities
• You recruit new colleagues and enable them a well-prepared start

Qualification

• first experiences in the personnel department or
• a specialized training/degree
